SWT 90 Day Product Warranty

Small World Toys remains committed to providing you with the safest and highest quality products for children. To this end, we warrant that our products will be free from workmanship and material defects based upon normal usage during the warranty period, or 90 days from the date of purchase.

During this 90-day warranty period, the product will be replaced at no charge to the consumer, when returned to either the retailer with the original sales receipt (containing date of purchase), or to Small World Toys with a copy of the sales receipt (containing date of purchase).

The Warranty is invalid if the products have been misused, abused, damaged by battery leakages, or from causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. Small World Toys cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damages that may arise from the use of their products. The Warranty is void without the original proof of purchase and dated sales receipt.

If a retail location cannot/will not honor the warranty -

Please return by mail a written description of the defect, a copy of the sales receipt (containing date of purchase) and your printed name, email address, and telephone number along with your defective product to:

Any returned product should be carefully packed in packing material sufficient to avoid damage during shipment. Upon receipt of the returned product, Small World Toys will contact you regarding the replacement of your product.

SWT Replacement Part Policy

Small World Toys has adopted a new replacement parts and warranty policy. We recommend that the consumer contact the retail establishment where the product was purchased, directly regarding the return and or refund associated with our products within the 90-day warranty period.

Item specific replacement parts are no longer available and the replacement of product is limited and based solely on the 90 day warranty policy and current product availability.
